Chris S. Terrill was appointed to the board of directors in July 2021. Terrill is currently the CEO of Z-Work, a special purpose acquisition company focused on technology in the workplace. He formerly served as CEO, and a board director, of ANGI Homeservices. Prior to assuming that role, Terrill served as CEO of HomeAdvisor.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of IAC. He has also held senior leadership positions at Nutrisystem.com, Blockbuster.com and Match.com.
Since 2016, Terrill has served on the board of Realogy Holdings Corp., a global leader in residential real estate with many of the best-known brands including CENTURY 21 and Coldwell Banker. He also currently serves as a director for Vacasa, an international vacation rental management company: Porch, a company connecting moving companies, realtors, home inspectors, utilities, and other professionals to consumers; and Data Axle, a data and marketing solutions provider for salespeople, marketers and professionals.
Terrill’s experience in residential and commercial services, recurring revenue business models, digital marketing and managing consumer behaviors, makes him a valued member of our board of directors.
