Christie Grumbos was named senior vice president of Mergers & Acquisitions in January 2021. She joined Terminix Global Holdings (formerly ServiceMaster Global Holdings) in September 2018 as vice president of finance, and in her time at the company has had oversight of treasury and investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, operations finance and International finance.
Prior to ServiceMaster, Christie was with Vivint Smart Homes as Vice President of Finance responsible for improving cash flow to execute an IPO. Christie also spent 3 years with Windstream Holdings, a fortune 500 Company, as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations. Prior to Windstream, Christie spent over 8 years at Walmart, where she held various positions in the finance function as Divisional CFO of Sam’s Club, International Strategy, Capital Markets and implementing a turnaround strategy for Sam’s Club Mexico as an Expat Divisional CFO.
Christie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Lees McRae College.
