The women who work at Terminix fall into many categories. They come from all kinds of backgrounds, but they typically have this in common – they want to succeed and grow professionally. We provide that platform.

Terminix encourages our Business Resource Group to empower and enable women to choose their own career path and achieve their goals. We address the unique issues that women face, issues that impact their careers, families and communities.

Empowerment is often a product of opportunity. Our Business Resource Group offers women a chance to exhibit leadership and make connections with the top leadership at Terminix, as well as professionals from companies such as FedEx, Auto Zone and AT&T. These professional development opportunities are not only great for our teammates, but they also attract high-achieving female applicants to our company. It's a cycle of growth and success!

In addition to professional development, we also address some of the practical issues women face. Thanks to input from our group, the company created “women's rooms” at our corporate facilities to provide a safe and convenient place for nursing mothers. We also provide annual mammograms at work, seminars on domestic violence, and financial planning workshops.

We make time to have fun and give back to the community, as well. We've had fashion shows and auctions to benefit women's groups, and we're very involved with the local Susan G. Komen Race For the Cure.
